1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Prime Heritage Community platform ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Prime Heritage Community ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification.

2. Eligibility

To use Prime Heritage Community, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident • Provide a valid Bank Verification Number (BVN) and National Identification Number (NIN) • Complete the full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process • Have access to a valid Nigerian bank account for payouts

3. Account Registration & KYC

All users must register with a valid email address and complete our mandatory KYC verification process before accessing platform features. This includes: • Submission of BVN and NIN for identity verification • Upload of a government-issued photo ID (National ID, International Passport, or Driver's License) • Completion of liveness verification All submitted documents are encrypted and stored securely. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

4. Savings Plans & Subscriptions

Prime Heritage Community offers curated savings plans ("Seed Plans") including Classic tiers. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to: • Pay the specified weekly contribution amount on or before the due date • Pay the one-time start commission fee upon subscription activation • Maintain a minimum wallet balance as specified by your chosen plan Each subscription has a defined cycle duration (e.g., 8 weeks). You may subscribe to multiple plans simultaneously.

5. Payments & Wallet

All payments are processed through our integrated payment partner, Platnova. By using our wallet system, you agree that: • Wallet funding is done via bank transfer to your unique virtual account number • All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) • Payment webhook verification is handled server-side for security • No client-side payment manipulation is possible or permitted We do not store raw card or bank login details. All financial transactions are logged and auditable.

6. Missed Payments & Penalties

If a weekly contribution is not received within 7 days of the due date, the subscription may be flagged as "defaulted." Penalties vary by plan.

7. Payouts & Maturity

When a savings plan matures (all scheduled contributions completed), your subscription enters the admin clearance queue. Upon approval: • Your total savings plus guaranteed returns are calculated • Applicable withholding tax (10% on interest earned) is deducted • The net payout is transferred to your linked bank account within 7 days via NIP transfer All payouts are processed to KYC-verified bank accounts only. You may not redirect a payout to a third-party account.

8. Security & Data Protection

We employ industry-standard security measures including: • 256-bit Fernet encryption for BVN, NIN, and financial data • Cloudflare WAF and DDoS protection • HMAC-verified webhooks for payment processing • Immutable admin audit trails • Encrypted document storage in private cloud buckets For full details on how we handle your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if: • You provide false KYC information • You attempt to manipulate payment systems or exploit platform vulnerabilities • You engage in abusive behavior toward staff or other members • You violate any provision of these Terms Upon termination, any outstanding savings will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal dispute resolution process.

10. Account Deletion & Refund Policy

Account deletion and refund are only applicable to newly registered accounts that have not been used.

11. Limitation of Liability

Prime Heritage Community is not a bank and is not regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a financial institution. We function as a cooperative savings platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Heritage Community shall not be liable for: • Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence • Service interruptions caused by third-party providers • Changes in government regulations affecting cooperative savings structures • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be resolved through internal mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The arbitration shall take place in Lagos, Nigeria.
